The Home Buyers report  is written in jargon free English and features energy performance ratings and colour-coded condition ratings,

provides advice on maintenance of the property, and the steps to be taken before exchange of contracts​. It also includes a description of the RICS Home Buyer (Survey) Service and standard terms of engagement​. Everything a new home buyer needs to complete a purchase.
