OBCS Ltd were employed on this project following the acquisition of a small plot of land. We were asked to provide a medium sized dwelling whilst retaining as much amenity space as possible.

So a dormer bungalow was designed giving the maximum amount of living space without taking up to much of the plot to leave as garden.

Planning was approved we assisted the owner through the building regulation process.
