This old 60s bungalow was starting to fall into disrepair and in much need of renovation. OBCS Ltd were asked to come up with a design to improve the amount of space for the lowest cost possible. 

So a small extension was added, with an attic truss roof to convert this building from a three bedroom bungalow to a 6 bedroom 3 storey dwelling. All within budget and to the latest building regulations.
